While in undergrad, I was the Editor-in-Chief of InfUSion Magazine, the first and only multicultural publication at UGA. Prior to that, I was the creative director for two years and I expanded my media portfolio with photos, graphics and layouts I made for the magazine.
While at Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, I’ve been able to cover the Georgia National Fair In Perry, Georgia with my Advanced Photojournalism class. I’ve had several stories published in Grady Newsource and joined the National Press Photographers Association UGA Chapter.
In addition to being the creative services manager for The Red & Black, I’m also a reporter and photojournalist. I’ve written many stories for both print and digital including features, event coverage, explainers and reviews. During the 2024 Election, I photographed an Athens-Clarke County district attorney election watch party for The Red & Black. My work was published in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
In my free time, you can find me visiting local restaurants with friends, hiking or exploring new places with my camera.
